Our fresh fish balls are made with wolf herring (also called ikan parang, or “sai toh” fish 西刀鱼) and has an irresistible bouncy texture, perfect with soup, noodles or just dipped in chilli sauce 🤩🤩🤩

Super easy to cook, just boil for 3-5 minutes or once the fish balls float and they are ready!

Best to consume within 3 days and keep refrigerated.
